Ellangowan Bed & Breakfast and Mingulay Bed & Breakfast, Whiting Bay, Isle of Arran.

Outstanding Bed and Breakfast accommodation with fantastic views of Holy Island, the Ayrshire Coast and the Firth of Clyde situated on the beautiful Isle of Arran, often described as "Scotland in Miniature".

Arran has a blend of Highland and Island scenery with granite peaks and deep glens to the north of the island, contrasting with its rolling and lush farmlands to the south.

Picturesque villages; a quiet spot with a mixture of sandy and pebble beaches with rock-pools, where seals bask on the seashore rocks; located near majestic mountains; and a place that has seven golf courses where golden eagles fly overhead and red deer graze the fairways; canopies of woodland with red squirrels and open wild flower meadows.

The delightful village of Whiting Bay situated on the south east coast of Arran, Whiting Bay - unpolluted, uncrowded and unhurried, its residents include 510 humans but many more animals and wild flowers abound, some of which are very rare - red deer, seals, red squirrels, hen harriers, dolphins, otters, and where birds of prey fly overhead undisturbed.
