Booking Terms
When you make a booking at Mingulay Bed & Breakfast, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:1 Payments
We accept cash or a personal cheque drawn from a UK bank (with a valid guarantee to the stated limit).2 Reservations
Telephone or e-mail reservations must be confirmed in writing along with the appropriate deposit of £25. For overseas guests, a cheque deposit of $50 or €50 will be held and returned when the complete bill has been paid in cash.3 Cancellations
All cancellations must be made by telephone and confirmed by letter unless otherwise agreed. If more than 30 days notice of cancellation is given, the deposit will be returned less £5 for administrative costs. If less than 30 days notice is given, a refund will only be given if the room is re-let. When a room is cancelled on the day of arrival, or there is a no show, the full daily room rate for every night booked should be paid unless the room is re-let.4 Time of Arrival
When possible, please notify us of your estimated time of arrival.5 Special Dietary Needs
Please advise of any special dietary requirements at time of reservation. Whilst we try to accommodate most special dietary needs, it must be noted that individual guests are ultimately responsible for what they eat.6 Smoking Policy
We operate a strictly a no-smoking establishment.Please Note
